Member Account, Password, and Security

Once you complete the registration procedure for the Services, you will receive a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You also agree to (a) notify ADAM elements immediately if the security of your account or password has been compromised, and (b) log out of your account at the end of each session.

Under normal circumstances, you do not need to log in or provide any personal information to ADAM elements when you visit and browse the ADAM elements website. However, when you use our online shopping services or enquire about product-related services and details, we will ask you to provide the necessary and relevant personal information. If any other person suffers a loss due to your violation of the law, you shall be liable for compensation, and you shall also compensate us for any losses we suffer.
